I set you free
Your Soul to fly
Your life's journey finished.

You have crossed over
to the 'other side'
I must remain behind
Even though our love
is not diminished.
The Universe
now belongs to you
With all it's wondrous beauty
These things I still have to discover.
To traverse through life
in loneliness now
Separated by life and death
Past times I'll not recover.
Like a lost soul
in the abyss of life
No anchor to hold me here
Till the Angel's Wings return for me.
Gathering the circle of life's span
Encompassing my existence
Carrying my Soul to join thee.
